Mango production is a seasonal product that is only available in specific season, and when out of season, they supply is relatively low. We therefore continue to source and explore new markets and horizons about the availability of valuable clients and markets. Mangos are very low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium. They are an excellent source of dietary fiber and vitamin B6, as well as a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C. As per the SADA National Nutrient Database, they are rich in minerals like potassium, magnesium, and copper, and are one of the best sources of quercetin, beta-carotene, and astragalin.
